The Eighth Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of the Sudanese Company for Free Zones and Duty Free (GASCO) held today at the police headquarters in Bree.

Speaking at the opening session of the meeting, the Chairman of the Board, Mustafa Yousuf Hawalli, stressed that the company is taking a steady step in achieving its objectives, indicating that it achieves estimated annual profits, referring to the effort exerted by the Board and the executive management and employees of the company. For his part, the general manager of the company, Yousef Mohammad Karrar, said that the company’s assets will be re-evaluated, which will reflect positively on the shares and the return. The general manager pointed out that the company has clear plans and vision in its fields of work in order to develop the business of the company,
The meeting listened to the shareholders’ deliberations, which expressed valuable views represented in the final recommendations issued by the meeting. In conclusion, a new Board of Directors was elected
The meeting was a tribute to the spirit of the late team leader Salah Mohammed Mohammed Saleh, the former chairman of the board who moved to Rehab Rabbo in early February.
