A delegation from the Government of Al-jazeera state paid a visit yesterday to the International Fair of Khartoum under the leadership of the Minister of Urban Planning Eng. Musa Abdullah, a number of ministers, the Secretary of the Secretariat of the Government and the Employers’ Union to get acquainted with the commercial participations in the exhibition.
The Minister praised the fair organization and arrangements focusing on the warm reception of his delegation in the fair.
The Minister elaborated further that he and his accompanying delegation have inspected all the fair pavilions especially the Sudanese industries, exhibits and the potential resources of different Sudan’s states and their experiences. The Minister stated that he was very much impressed by the groups of visitors, noting that his delegation and businessmen benefited greatly from the participation of other countries and companies.
The Minister explained further that Al-Jazeera state has suspended participation this year due to Al-Jazeera Tourism Festival which coincided with the International Fair of Khartoum.
The Minister concluded that visit comes as an execution to directions of the state Governor , Dr. Mohammad Tahir Ayla, pointing out that it is the first state to visit the exhibition and declared that the state is always trying to benefit from such exhibitions, thanks to its enormous resources that enable it to organize such international exhibitions.
At the end the Minister Urban Planning Engr. Musa Abdullah announced cooperation between the Sudanese Free Zones and Markets Co and his state to establish a border free zone to benefit from the agricultural sector, especially the state has become an attractive region due to its improvement of the basic infrastructure.
